Will I be debited immediately when I enter my bank card information into your website, or will I pay when I arrive/leave the hotel?
It depends on the type of payment. If, when you enter in your card information, it says “Online payment,” that means your card will be debited immediately. If it says “Guaranteed booking,” it means that your card will simply be used to guarantee your booking, and that you will pay when you arrive at the hotel, using the payment method of your choice.

How do I know if a particular hotel has rooms available?
Simply search for the hotel and select the dates of your stay, using the “search” feature. The available rooms and their rates will be displayed.
How can I learn more about parking at the hotel I would like to book?
The parking situation is different for each hotel. All the necessary information can be found on the hotel description page.

Do I have to pay extra for my cat or dog?
You are free to bring your pet with you. The rates and conditions depend on the country where the hotel is located.
Can I add a baby cot to my room? / Do you have baby cots available for clients?
Most of our hotels have baby cots available from reception upon request.

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
The number you are given after completing your booking guarantees that the booking has been confirmed and recorded. You will see this number on your booking confirmation, which you can find:
In your inbox: A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided within 24 hours of booking
In your hotel-bb.com account: the confirmation will appear as soon as you log in.
If the hotel and the booking are eligible for remote check-in, you will receive an email 48 hours before your stay begins explaining how to complete the remote check-in. You can complete your remote check-in any time after 2:00 P.M. on the day of your arrival.
How many rooms and nights can I reserve in a single online booking?
You can reserve up to 9 of each type of room available and up to a 20-night stay, subject to availability at the hotel you have selected. Need more? Please select the country in which you are traveling at the top of the page to find the answer to your question.
I want to cancel or change my online booking. Will I still be billed for my stay?
It is best to start by reading the cancellation policy for your booking to confirm whether or not it can be cancelled or modified.
Your stay will be billed subject to the cancellation policy for your booking, which can be found in your confirmation email and in the “My bookings” section of your customer account.

What is the difference between the refundable and non-refundable rates?
At B&B Hotels we offer you two types of rates:
Refundable or flexible. This rate allows changes and cancellations until 6:00 p.m. (local hotel time) of the previous day of arrival.
Non refundable. If you make your reservation with a minimum advance, you can benefit from this rate that has special conditions. The reservation of this rate implies immediate payment via credit / debit card and does not accept changes or cancellations.
Can I only make online bookings at certain times of the day?
You can make an online booking at any time. However, for a same-night booking, your online booking must be completed before midnight.
Is it risky to provide my bank card information on your website?
To guarantee your security and ensure privacy, our website uses SSL encryption. When your data is transferred online, the information provided in various forms is automatically encrypted. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system automatically codes the data before it is sent across the internet. It is only decrypted when it arrives on our server. Can I book online and then call the hotel directly to cancel or modify my booking?
It is best to start by reading your booking’s cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, you can contact the hotel directly before the deadline indicated in your cancellation policy. Make sure to mention that your booking was made online. You can also cancel your booking online in the “My bookings” section, if you have an account or have your confirmation number on hand.
I didn’t receive a booking number after completing my booking.
Please double check the payment information and all other information you provided. If it is a technical issue, please accept our apologies! To obtain your booking number, you can contact the hotel directly. You can also ask the hotel to resend the confirmation number to you if you have lost it.

When can I have my breakfast?
Breakfast hours vary depending on the hotel. You can view the breakfast hours on the overview page of the hotel in question.
I didn’t book my breakfast. Can I still have some?
Simply request it from our hotel managers and, upon payment of the necessary add-on charge, you’ll have access to the breakfast room.
If your room booking includes the designation “breakfast included”, then there’s no need to book your breakfast, as it’s already included in the price of your stay.
How do I extend my stay?
By simply submitting a request to our hotel managers, you can extend your stay, during reception’s business hours, when you arrive to check in, or prior to your initial departure date.
If you’re not within the hotel property, you can also contact the hotel directly using the contact details you’ll find on its overview page.
This extension will only be possible, of course, if the hotel has availability for your desired dates.
After my stay
I’ve changed e-mail or postal addresses. What should I do?
Simply visit our website and look for the “My Account > My space and login settings”, and there, you’ll be able to change your various contact details.
How can I obtain a copy of my bill?
We invite you to get in direct contact with the hotel you stayed in during reception’s business hours or to use our contact form.
How can I find my previous bookings?
Log on by clicking on the “My Account” tab, then on “My Bookings”. You’ll then be able to access all your previous bookings as well as bookings in progress and to come.
I don’t remember my password. What should I do?
Visit hotel-bb.com and click on “My account”, “Log on”, then “I forgot my password”.
Then, you’ll just need to enter your e-mail address and follow the instructions to create your new password.

What is the B&me CLUB?
B&me CLUB is the loyalty program of B&B HOTELS. Earn 100pts for each night spent in one of our hotels in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. You will always get the best price guaranteed : - 10% discount on standard and event rates. - 5% discount on promotional rates and - 10% discount on breakfast.

How can I use my loyalty points?
Simply log in to your personal space - on our website or in our application - to access your loyalty area. You will then be able to convert your CLUB points into a voucher. Once the voucher has been created, you can use it the following day for a booking. To use it online, you will need to enter the voucher code in the field provided.
How do I take advantage of the “1 free night” benefit?
Once you have accumulated 1000 CLUB points, you can request a voucher for a maximum value of 60 € that you may use to book your stay in one of our B&B HOTELS in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland. It is not possible to use the same voucher for several stays and the voucher is not fractionable on more night (even if the value is less than 60€). If the price of the stay (including breakfast) exceeds the 60 € threshold, you will have to pay the remaining balance. It is not possible to use two different vouchers on the same booking.
Can I offer my voucher to the person of my choice?
Yes, the voucher is not nominative. So you can offer it to the person of your choice.
How long is a B&me Club membership valid for?
Registration to the B&me CLUB is valid for 12 months. Once expired, you can renew your loyalty card during the following month. Please note: if you do not renew your subscription up to 30 days after the expiration date, you will lose your benefits and the balance of your points will be cancelled.
How do I earn CLUB points?
Each night spent in one of our hotels in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland earns you 100 points per night, regardless of the rate chosen (standard or promotional) and for any type of room.
