Yes, we have a programme that allows you to take advantage of special discounts all year round. You can sign up for our loyalty programme online. Look for the dedicated section on this website.
How can I get an invoice for my stay?
We can issue an invoice for your stay when you check in at the hotel.
Are special rates offered for companies or groups?
B&B Hotels UK adapt to your needs and offer companies or groups special rates with special conditions. For further information please send an e-mail to groupdesk- uk@hotelbb.com.
What services can I add to make my stay perfect?
To personalise and complete your stay at B&B HOTELS, you can add the following services: breakfast, dinner, meeting room (if available), gym (if available), early check-in, late check out, pets and parking (if available). You are welcome to contact the hotel for special requests. All additional services are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel of your choice.
Can a minor reserve a hotel room?
Children are not permitted to stay in the Hotel unless accompanied for the duration of the stay by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old. You (and any other persons staying in the Hotel Room) may be required to provide ID documents on arrival to verify your age.
Can I only make online bookings at certain times of the day?
There is no time limit to make an online reservation, in fact you can do it as long as the web shows you availability.
Remember to make your reservation online before midnight if you would like to book a B&B Hotel for that evening. You can check, modify, or cancel your reservation online until 7pm on the day of your arrival.
Can I add a baby cot to my room? / Do you have baby cots available for guests?
Most of our hotels have baby cots available on request from reception.
We invite you to contact the hotel you want to book directly.
Do I have to pay extra for my cat or dog?
You are free to bring your pet with you (only a maximum of 2 pets/animals will be permitted to stay in each Hotel Room).
This paragraph does not apply to guide dogs, assistance dogs and hearing dogs, which may be brought to the Hotel and stay in the Hotel Room free of charge, provided that you inform B&B in advance.
In UK, they must be kept on a leash and can stay with you in your room for an additional £20.00 per night.
Of course, for public health reasons, they will not have access to the breakfast room.

I lost my confirmation number- how can I find, modify, or cancel my booking?
You can find your booking number:
- On your confirmation email that was sent to your mailbox: you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after your reservation at the email address you provided.
- On your account at hotel-bb.com by logging in with a pending reservation: the confirmation appears as soon as you log in.
You can also contact the hotel where you made your reservation directly (don't forget to mention that the reservation was made on the Internet!).
How do I know if there is a B&B hotel near the city I am going to visit?
Enter the destination in the search bar or click directly on the link "Find a hotel on the map" on the main page https://www.hotel-bb.com/en.
How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
It is the number that you receive at the end of your reservation that guarantees that
your reservation has been confirmed and booked.
You will see this number on your booking confirmation, which you can find:
- In your inbox: A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided within
24 hours of booking.
- On your account at hotel-bb.com: the confirmation appears as soon as you log in.
If the hotel and the reservation are eligible for the "remote check-in" option, you will
receive an e-mail 48 hours before the date of your stay that explains the remote
check-in procedure. You can check-in online any time after 2:00 P.M. on the day of
arrival.
You will also be able to access it on your account.
Do I have to give the details of my credit card to make a reservation on your website?
That's right, we can not register and guarantee your reservation unless you enter your credit card information.
How do I know how much my room will cost?
Simply use the search engine to simulate the rates or go directly to the page of the hotel you are interested in staying at and check out the rates.
I want to cancel or change my online booking. Will I still be billed for my stay?
First and foremost, you should make sure that your reservation can be cancelled or modified, which is not the case with promotional offers.
If you would like to cancel or change your reservation, you must do this by 7:00 p.m. the same day. Beyond that, your first night will be charged and the rest of your stay will be automatically cancelled (except for promotional offers which cannot be cancelled).
How can I book a room in a B&B hotel?
The reservation can be made:
• By phone, directly with the chosen hotel.
• By email, directly with the chosen hotel.
• Through our website: www.hotel-bb.com, in only 4 steps: In the search bar you
have to fill in the destination or name of the establishment, date of entry, date
of departure, number of rooms, number of adults and children that will occupy
the room and click on the "search" button.
STEP 1 - Rooms and Prices: Select the room and the desired rate.
STEP 2 - Options: Include extras or special requests to the hotel.
STEP 3 - Personal Details. Include customer data In this case you can fill in the form
to create an account profile in B & B Hotels or access the profile already created.
STEP 4 - Payment. Fill in the details of the bank card you will use as payment /
guarantee of your reservation (American Express and Diners Club cards are not
accepted). After the reservation you will be shown the number of your reservation.
Is public transportation easily accessible from the hotel?
Our hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore the surrounding area.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
For your convenience, all of our rooms are non-smoking, providing a fresh and clean
environment. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the hotel.
Are the rooms equipped with Wi-Fi?
Every room is equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected throughout your visit.

We offer accessible rooms to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. Please contact the hotel before booking to confirm the room meets your needs.
How do I know if a particular hotel has rooms available?
2 solutions exist:
- Enter the name of the city you want in the search engine.
- Click directly on the link https://www.hotel-bb.com/en/united-kingdom/hotels-united-
kingdom and discover our list of destinations.
In both cases, if the requested hotel does not appear in the list, it simply means that it
is completely booked or unavailable on the requested date.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in for the Hotel Room will be from 15.00pm (UK time) on the Arrival Date. If you requested an early check-in (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be an Extra and subject to additional cost) and this was expressly confirmed by B&B, check-in for the Hotel Room will be from 12.00pm (UK time) (or such other time agreed by B&B) on the Arrival Date.
On the Departure Date, you must vacate the Hotel Room and check-out by 12:00pm (UK time). If you requested a late check-out and this was expressly confirmed by B&B, the check-out time will be 14.00pm (UK time) (or such other time agreed by B&B). If you were provided with a key card, this must be returned to the reception desk by the check-out time. If you fail to return any such key card, B&B may charge you for a replacement key card.
Do I need to provide any ID on arrival at the Hotel?
You (and any other persons staying in the Hotel Room) may be required to provide proof of ID during check-in or on arrival at the Hotel to verify age or if you (or any other persons staying in the Hotel Room) are a non-UK citizen. Acceptable forms of ID are: passport, driving licence, ID card or police warrant card.
What time is breakfast?
At B&B Hotels in UK, the all-you-can-eat self-serve breakfast is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Some of our locations offer extended hours - please ask at the front desk.
I have not booked my breakfast, could I include it later?
You can effectively include breakfast at any time, for this you must contact the chosen hotel.
I have a problem! What should I do?
Come and report your problem to us as soon as possible at the hotel reception desk; we will do our utmost to resolve it as soon as possible.
How do I extend my stay?
- If you already have an account, log in to hotel-bb.com by clicking on the “My Account” or “My Bookings” tab. You will then have access to all of your current bookings. Then simply select your stay and extend the relevant reservation online until 7:00pm the same day.
- You can also make this extension directly with the hotel anytime, or before 11 am on the day of your initial departure.
An extension will only be possible, of course, if the hotel has availability for your requested dates.
I’ve changed my email or postal address. What should I do?
Simply log in to our website, in the "My Account" section, and you will be able to change your contact details, email and postal addresses.
How can I obtain a copy of my bill?
We invite you to directly contact the hotel you stayed in during reception opening hours.
How can I find my previous bookings?
Log on by clicking on the “My Account” tab or “My Bookings”. You will then have access to all of your previous and current bookings.
I don’t remember my password. What should I do?
Visit hotel-bb.com and click on “My account”, “Log on”, then “I forgot my password”.
All you have to do is enter your e-mail address to receive your password again at the address provided.
When booking and as soon as the identification page appears, click on the link "Forgot password", and an e-mail will then be sent to you with your password and your login details.
What is B&me?
B&me is the free online loyalty program that B&B HOTELS has created in order to reward the loyalty of the customer who makes reservations on hotelbb.com or through the B&B HOTELS app.
By being part of the program, you get a series of exclusive benefits that allow you to live a personalized experience at B&B HOTELS hotels.
What benefits do I get for being a B&me customer?
Just for registering as a B&me member you will have access to advantages in each of your bookings in any of our hotels in Spain and Portugal:
- B&me rate at newly opened B&B HOTELS: with prices limited to 50€ per night.
- Early check in: B&me members in their online reservations through hotelbb.com identified as a member, will have preferential access to early check in upon arrival at the hotel, always subject to hotel availability.
- Late check out: B&me members in their online reservations through hotelbb.com identified as a member, will have preferential access to late check out at hotel check out, always subject to hotel availability (until 13h).

How can I register at B&me?
To become a B&me member it is necessary to create an account in the online store (either through hotelbb.com or through the app) and finally accept the conditions of the B&me program. If you already have an online account, you will only need to identify yourself and accept the conditions of the B&me program.
How can I identify myself as a B&me member?
When you register in the B&me program through hotelbb-com, you receive by email your member number in the email confirming the creation of your account. However, you will be able to see the details in the private customer area when you identify yourself with your credentials. If you register through the B&B HOTELS app, when you identify yourself with your user credentials you will see on the main screen your member number, which always begins with BME. Remember that you can enjoy all the advantages and hundreds of surprises whenever you make your reservations via web (hotelbb.com) or app (excluding reservations made physically at the reception of any hotel or by phone).
Can I use the B&me free breakfast voucher several times?
No, this benefit is only granted once when you register as a member, but you will be able to enjoy many other advantages that you already know and others that we want to surprise you with.
Can a B&me member give his or her free breakfast to another person?
No, only he can use it.
Can the B&me breakfast voucher be handed in at the reception desk?
No, the voucher is digital and can only be used when booking on hotelbb.com or on the B&B HOTELS app.
What happens to my B&me breakfast voucher if I cancel a (cancellable) reservation in time?
The voucher remains available until it expires. It is valid for 3 months.
I deleted my B&me account and want to register again with the same email address, will I get a free breakfast again?
No, a B&me breakfast voucher can only be used once per email address. If the voucher is not used within 3 months, it will no longer be usable.
When can I benefit from the room upgrade as a B&me member?
As a B&me member you will have preferential treatment and therefore priority access to room upgrades, but remember that this is subject to hotel availability at the time of your stay.
What does Early check in mean?
This is an advantage that will be very useful for you. As a B&me member you will have preferential access* to your room before the standard check-in time for all guests, set at 2pm. *As long as occupancy permits.
How does the late check out benefit work?
Relax, because as a B&me member you will have preferential late check-out*, i.e. you will be able to leave your room from 2 pm (standard check-out at 12 noon). *As long as occupancy permits.
