Can a baby bed be added to the room? Do you provide baby beds?
This can vary from one hotel to another for reasons of safety.

How can I get information on the car park for the hotel at which I want to book?
All our hotels have parking solutions for you to park your vehicle.
However, this may vary from hotel to hotel: covered car park, basement car park, paying car park...
All the information is given on the description page for each hotel.
Select the hotel you want on the hotel-bb.com website:
- From the 'Our hotels' menu, by doing a search by city then clicking on the hotel you want.
Or
- From our search bar, you can enter the name of the hotel you want directly, as well as the dates of your stay. When you have run the search, all you have to do is click on 'More information about this hotel' to access its complete record.
Once you are on the page of the selected hotel, go to the services section.
If you want more information about the parking available, please call the relevant hotel directly during reception opening hours.
How can I get confirmation of my booking?
If you have booked online on hotel-bb.com or mobile applications, you will automatically receive a confirmation to the email address you entered at the time of booking.
If you booked by phone, in order to get a confirmation of your reservation, we invite you to call directly the hotel where you booked.

What are your general terms of sale?

What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?
Our rooms are rented from 2pm to midday.
If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 2pm on the day you arrive.
Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.
If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
Must I pay for a supplement for my cat or my dog?
We gladly welcome your pet.
It must be kept on its leash and can accompany you in your room for a supplement of €6 per night*.
Naturally, it will not be allowed into the breakfast room for the well-being of all the guests.

Can I pay for my stay using holiday vouchers?
Of course! You can pay for your stay using holiday vouchers when you arrive at the hotel during reception opening hours.
Important: you cannot pay using holiday vouchers when booking a promotional offer, which requires online payment.
When can I have my breakfast?
At B&B Hotels in France, the self-service breakfast buffet is served from 6.30am to 10am during the week and from 7.30am to 10.30am on weekends and public holidays. Some of our hotels offer longer times – feel free to ask at reception for this information.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?
We cannot supply a copy of your invoice directly on line.
During reception opening hours, please contact the hotel at which you booked to obtain a copy of the invoice.
Can I pay for my stay with vacation vouchers?
Payment of your stay with vacation vouchers is possible upon arrival at the hotel during reception desk hours of operation.
How many rooms and nights can I reserve in a single online booking?
You can book up to 5 rooms for each available room type and up to 20 nights, depending on the availability of the selected hotel.

I want to cancel or change my online booking. Will I still be billed for my stay?
First and foremost, you should make sure that your reservation can be cancelled or modified, which is not the case with promotional offers.
If you would like to cancel or change your reservation, you must do this by 7:00 p.m. the same day. Beyond that, your first night will be charged and the rest of your stay will be automatically cancelled (except for promotional offers which cannot be cancelled). For customers who have subscribed to the B&B HOTELS CLUB program or remote check-in, cancellation or changer are no longer possible as soon as you have clicked on the button concerned.
How do I know how much my room will cost?
Simply use the search engine to simulate the rates or go directly to the page of the hotel you are interested in staying at and check out the rates.
Is it completely secure if I provide my bank card information on your website?
To guarantee your security and ensure privacy, our website uses SSL encryption. When your data is transferred online, the information provided in various forms is automatically encrypted.
The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption system automatically encodes the data before it is sent across the internet. It is only decrypted when it arrives on our server.
SSL is the most common, most reliable solution.
To check whether your browser is compatible, simply look for an icon of a key or a padlock in the URL bar.
I didn’t receive a booking number after completing my booking.
Please double check the payment information and all other information you provided: is everything correct?
If it is a technical issue, please accept our apologies!
If you are staying in France only, please contact the Reservation Center by phone at: 08 92 78 29 29 (+ 33 2 98 33 75 29 from abroad) or call the hotel directly.
If you lose your reservation confirmation, you can ask the hotel directly to send you a new one.
I lost my confirmation number- how can I find, modify, or cancel my booking?
You can find your booking number:
- On your confirmation email that was sent to your mailbox: you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after your reservation at the email address you provided.
- On your account at hotel-bb.com by logging in with a pending reservation: the confirmation appears as soon as you log in.
You can also contact the hotel where you made your reservation directly (don't forget to mention that the reservation was made on the Internet!) or call the Reservation Center for stays in France at: 08 92 78 29 29 (+ 2 98 33 75 29 from abroad).
How do I book a room on www.hotel-bb.com?
You have several options:
- Via the search engine: Enter the name of the city you want in the search engine
- Via the tab "All our hotels in France" of the menu: look for it directly in the corresponding tab
- Via our home page "Our best destinations in France" and discover the current destinations
Will my card be debited immediately when I enter my information into your website, or will I pay when I arrive at or leave the hotel?
For a reservation at a hotel in France, if you have booked a promotional offer, an online payment is required and the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card* with no refund available (valid for the room(s) and any breakfast).
For all reservations made outside of the promotion, for a hotel in France, your payment information is only used to guarantee your stay and payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel.

How do I know if a particular hotel has rooms available?
2 solutions exist:
- Enter the name of the city you want in the search engine.
- Click directly on the link "All our hotels in France" and discover our list of destinations.
In both cases, if the requested hotel does not appear in the list, it simply means that it is completely booked or unavailable on the requested date.
How do I know if there is a B&B Hotel where I am travelling?
Enter the name of your destination in the search engine or click directly on the “All our hotels in France” tab from the menu.
How can I find out about parking at the hotel I want to book?
On the dedicated hotel page, you will find information about the parking facilities available. Whether it's a free private car park or a pay car park, a public car park or a covered car park, we'll give you details of what's on offer when you arrive.
For further information, you can also contact our hotel during reception opening hours, which are also detailed on the hotel's website.
Do I have to pay extra for my cat or dog?
You are free to bring your pet with you.
In France, they must be kept on a leash and can stay with you in your room for an additional 6.00€ per night.
Of course, for public health reasons, they will not have access to the breakfast room.
I would like to modify or cancel my online reservation on hotel-bb.com.
First and foremost, you should make sure that your reservation can be cancelled or modified, which is not the case with promotional offers.
- If you already have an account, log on to hotel-bb.com. You will then have access to all of your current reservations. All you have to do is select your stay and view or cancel your reservation online until 7pm on the day of your arrival, provided that the reservation can be cancelled, which is not the case for promotional offers.
- If you do not have an account, click on "My Reservations" on the home page of the site and enter your reservation number (number you receive in your mailbox) and the email address you used when you made the reservation. All you have to do then is view or cancel your reservation online until 7pm on the day of your arrival, as long as the reservation can be cancelled, which is not the case for promotional offers.
Can I add a baby cot to my room? / Do you have baby cots available for guests?
Most of our hotels have baby cots available on request from reception.

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
It is the number that you receive at the end of your reservation that guarantees that your reservation has been confirmed and booked.
You will see this number on your booking confirmation, which you can find:
- In your inbox: A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided within 24 hours of booking.
- On your account at hotel-bb.com: the confirmation appears as soon as you log in.
If the hotel and the reservation are eligible for the "remote check-in" option, you will receive an e-mail 48 hours before the date of your stay that explains the remote check-in procedure. You can check-in online any time after 2:00 P.M. on the day of arrival.
You will also be able to access it on your account.
Can I cancel or modify a reservation made directly with the hotel or the Reservation Center via the Internet?
For customers who have chosen the "Remote Check-in" option, cancellation or changes are no longer possible once you have clicked on the corresponding button.
Where can I find out about hotel shuttles?
We invite you to contact the hotel you want to book directly during reception opening hours.
Can I only make online bookings at certain times of the day?
Remember to make your reservation online before midnight if you would like to book a B&B Hotel for that evening. You can check, modify, or cancel your reservation online until 7pm on the day of your arrival.
Can I book online and then call the hotel directly to cancel or modify my booking?
First and foremost, you should make sure that your reservation can be cancelled or modified, which is not the case with promotional offers.
If you would like to cancel or change your reservation, you must do it by 7:00 p.m. on the same day by contacting the hotel where you made your reservation directly: do not forget to indicate that the reservation was made on the Internet. After that, your first night will be billed and the rest of the stay will be automatically cancelled. What time is breakfast?
At B&B Hotels in France, the all-you-can-eat self-serve breakfast is available from 6:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekends and holidays. Some of our locations offer extended hours - please ask at the front desk.
I didn’t book breakfast. Can I still have some on that day?
Simply ask our hotel staff for access to the breakfast room and pay the extra charge.
At the B&B Hotel @Disneyland® Paris, if your room is marked "breakfast included", you don't need to reserve breakfast: it is included in the price of your stay.
I have a problem! What should I do?
Did you encounter an unresolved problem during a stay in France? Our hotels* are committed to your satisfaction with the Money Back & Guest Guarantee, a real guarantee of a successful stay.
Come and report your problem to us as soon as possible at the hotel reception desk; we will do our utmost to resolve it as soon as possible.
However, if your problem cannot be resolved, you will be reimbursed immediately and the next stay will be on us.

How can I contact hotel management outside of reception desk opening hours?
You can receive 24-hour assistance thanks to the telephone terminal available at the entrance to each hotel.
How do I extend my stay?
- If you already have an account, log in to hotel-bb.com by clicking on the “My Account” or “My Bookings” tab. You will then have access to all of your current bookings. Then simply select your stay and extend the relevant reservation online until 19:00 the same day.
- You can also make this extension directly with the hotel during the opening hours of the reception desk when you arrive at the hotel, the day before your initial departure, or before 11 am on the day of your initial departure.
If you are not currently at the hotel in France, you can also contact the reservations department on: 08 92 78 29 29 (+ 33 2 98 33 75 29 from abroad).
An extension will only be possible, of course, if the hotel has availability for your requested dates.
I’ve changed my email or postal address. What should I do?
Simply log in to our website, in the "My Account" section, and you will be able to change your contact details, email and postal addresses.
How can I obtain a copy of my bill?
We invite you to directly contact the hotel you stayed in during reception opening hours.

How can I find my previous bookings?
Log on by clicking on the “My Account” tab or “My Bookings”. You will then have access to all of your previous and current bookings.
I don’t remember my password. What should I do?
Visit hotel-bb.com and click on “My account”, “Log on”, then “I forgot my password”.
All you have to do is enter your e-mail address to receive your password again at the address provided.
When booking and as soon as the identification page appears, click on the link "Forgot password", and an e-mail will then be sent to you with your password and your login details.
