Christmas eve stay
I was there for less than 10 hours, picked this hotel due to the convenience of the shuttle that appears outside to take you to terminal 5 directly. As it was Christmas eve, and I had come from work, I checked in late. My flight was early so I'd miss breakfast. The staff were amazing, especially Latoya, and specially accommodated me with dinner. The staff kindness is what stood out and the hotel's convenience. The room was also very spacious! But amenities very lacking.

Affordable and excellent accommodation near Heathrow
Stayed there for one night as it is close to Heathrow and I needed to pick up my wife very early in the morning. Front desk was helpful and polite. Room was spacious and very clean. My son loved the bunk beds. Returned to hotel for breakfast after picking up my wife. Breakfast was good, but could be better if there were fried eggs and baked mushrooms, rather than just scrambled eggs and steamed mushrooms. Rested a bit in the room until check out before returning home.

Fantastic stay for the right person
Originally we picked this property due to price, standard and proximity to T5 at London Heathrow and the hotel served its purpose well. Certainly not a perfect stay but the hotel represented itself well and the staff covered any shortcomings. The positives - the hotel has a Hoppa Bus that was only 5 minutes and 1 stop away from T5 at LHR. The Breakfast was fairly priced and perfectly adequate in terms of quality and variety. Rooms were decent size and easy to access. Negatively, the heating didnt appear to work although the staff were able to provide a portable heater which meant the heating wasnt an issue. The rooms have no phones (covid I was told) which meant that you did need to walk to reception to communicate anything you needed and no alarm clocks in the rooms - although most people have these on their phones these days. As mentioned previously, the staff were the glue that held the stay together - any problems were dealt with and questions were answered warmly and professionally.
