If you booked online on hotelbb.com, you will automatically receive a confirmation email sent directly in the email address you used to complete your booking. If you booked by telephone, for confirmation, please contact the hotel where you booked your stay by phone.
A buffet breakfast is available from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. every day of the week and you can add it directly to your stay during the online booking process.

For example, in hotels in France, breakfast is available from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. during the week and from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. during the weekend.

There is a supplement of €5/night for each animal.
Even in other countries, both in France and Spain, many of our hotels are pet friendly (again, with a supplement). Look for specific details directly on the information page of your selected hotel.

If you have chosen to book a standard rate with a credit card as a guarantee, from 2.00 p.m. onward, you can access your room at any time of the day. Check the opening hours of the hotel reception in your selected hotel’s amenities and services tab.
In hotels with reception hours from 07.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m., you can access your room even after 11.00 p.m. thanks to the interactive terminals located at the entrance. To receive your room number and access code, remember to bring the following with you:
- your booking number
- your credit card for check-in (PIN required).
If you have chosen to book without a credit card, your room reservation will only be held until 7.00 p.m. After this time, and if we do not hear from you, the room will be put back on sale.

Signing up for the new B&B HOTELS CLUB programme is very easy: you can ask directly at the reception desk in one of our B&B Hotels or sign up from this website by filling in the registration form.
Membership to the new programme costs €39/year. By requesting to sign up at the reception desk in one of our B&B Hotels in Italy, you can take advantage of the exclusive launch offer at the discounted price of just €19/year (this offer is exclusive to B&B Hotels in Italy only)
At the launch of the new programme, all members of the old eClub programme will be automatically switched over to the new programme at no additional cost (unless cancellation of membership was requested). Transition to the new programme is automatic and will also include transfer of your old hotel stay history, points balance and contact information at the time of launch. Do not worry if your card number is not the same as before, this will not affect your membership in any way.
We have also updated the CLUB member’s area! From today, you can directly access your CLUB member’s area on the official hotelbb.com website. Enter your login details (email used to sign up and password) and discover the new B&me CLUB member’s area.

No, the loyalty programme is personal. Only the room booked for the loyalty programme member to stay in can be used to collect points.
Just log in to the “CLUB member’s area” - directly on www.hotel-bb.com and enter the email used and password received during the sign-up process. In this area, you can convert CLUB points into vouchers. Once a voucher has been generated, you can use it immediately for your next booking. To use it online, simply book your room, add breakfast and enter the voucher code before payment.
Once you have accumulated 1,000 CLUB points, you can request a voucher with a maximum value of €60, which can be used to book your stay at one of our B&B Hotels in Italy, France and Spain. The same voucher cannot be used to cover the cost of multiple stays. If the cost of the stay (breakfast included) exceeds the €60 limit, the loyalty programme member will be required to pay the remaining amount. The voucher is non-refundable.
Yes. It is possible to give your voucher as a gift.
Membership to the B&B HOTELS CLUB lasts for 12 months. Once expired, you can renew your loyalty card during the following month. Attention: at the end of the 13th month, if the account has not yet been renewed, the profile will lose all advantages and the points balance will be zeroed.
Compared to the old programme, you will now always earn 100 points for each night’s stay in a B&B Hotel. Whatever the selected rate (standard or promotional) for any room type and at any of our B&B Hotels in Italy, France and Spain, you will always receive 100 points per night.
Once you have completed the sign-up process, simply activate your account by clicking on the appropriate button in the confirmation email and you will be able to access your profile immediately. Your new CLUB card is entirely digital and does not require a physical card.
