Homepage
On the homepage, type the city or hotel that you want to book a reservation. Also type the days and click on "Search". Don't insert the promocode on the code space now.
Hotel page
The page will bring all the details and information about the hotel. Below, all the offers will appear.
Choosing the type of offer
Choose one. Remember: when inserting the promocode "CAFE1REAL" for example, remember to choose an offer with breakfast included. Promocodes are not cumulative with other promotions, non-refundable rates, Early Booking, etc.
Booking the chosen offer
After choosing on the last step, click on "Booking", on the right.
Extra options
In this step, select if you want breaksfast or the pet option. After choosing it, go to the next step. Promocodes are only calculated on the offer value, not applied to extras, such as pet, extra breakfast, etc.
Personal information
Insert all your personal information and your details. Check out if your information are all correct, before going to the next step.
Inserting the promocode and finishing the process
If you have any promocode available for use, go to "Do you have any promocode?" and apply it. On "Insert your promocode", type the one that you have and click on "Validate the promocode". Check out if it applied and finish the process.
Details to apply your promocode
Attention: Promocodes must be inserted in capital letters. The discount will appear. You will be informed that the same is not valid in cases of non-application. For questions, consult the hotel team.
