A frozen room without breakfast, and paid breakfast and extra night ? NO Thanks!

I order a 3 night stay with breakfast, by mistake, I tried to correct to two night stay, and the hotel dont allow. I pay too much for a frozen stay of two nights when I ask initially for 3 nights I ask the reception about breakfast, and they dont even tell me any way to correct that lack !! Only answer I get from the girl in the desk: its hotel Policy ! I would like to know if its the hotel policy to treat badly the customers ? A frozen room without breakfast, and paid breakfast and extra night ? NO Thanks!

While we strive to provide excellent service and ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we do not tolerate unfriendly or aggressive behavior toward our employees. Our team has done their best to accommodate your requests and resolve any concerns during your stay. You booked a non-refundable reservation, and while we understand changes can happen, our policies are clear, and we must apply them consistently to ensure fairness to all our guests. Despite this, we attempted to assist you as much as possible, even offering an alternative room, which you declined. Regarding breakfast, it was not included in your reservation. Insisting otherwise and expecting to dine without payment is unfair to other guests who have paid for this service. For the invoice, we recommend reaching out to the agency where you made your booking, as they are the only entity authorized to issue a receipt for your reservation. As for the room temperature, it was heated to 25 degrees Celsius, which is above standard comfort levels. We are unsure why it felt cold to you, but we regret that the measures taken did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and hope for more constructive communication in the future, as we believe issues can be resolved amicably when approached respectfully.
