Before my stay

• Can I bring my pet?

  We accept pets (dog / cat), up to 14 kilos, with an additional charge of R$ 40.00 + ISS per day (requiring the presentation of the updated vaccination card).

• When I enter my credit card details on your website, will I be charged the amount immediately or will the payment be made at the hotel upon arrival / departure?

  You can pay for your booking directly in the hotel reception (cash, credit card or debit card).
