B&B Hotels in Germany adapt to your needs and offer companies or groups special rates with special conditions. For further information please send an e-mail to leisuresales_de@hotel.bb.com.

Which requests do I address to the B&B Hotels via the contact form?
You can send us your general inquiries at any time using the contact form. If you have any questions about reservations or specific questions about a hotel, please contact the hotel directly.
What types of rooms are available and what is the equipment?
You can choose between single, double and family rooms (for 3 or 4 persons). Furthermore, barrier-free rooms are also available in every B&B Hotel. All rooms are equipped with adjustable air conditioning, soundproof windows, TV, WLAN, a workstation with seating and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Are four adults allowed in a family room for four people?
The family rooms for 4 persons can accommodate up to 1 adult and 3 children, 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child up to and including 17 years.
Can I have an extra bed put in a room?
No. Unfortunately we are not allowed to put additional beds in the rooms for insurance and safety reasons.
Are barrier-free rooms available?
All B&B Hotels have barrier-free rooms
How can I make a reservation during a trade fair or event without a credit card?
Generally a credit card is required, but you can contact the hotel in advance and ask for advance payment.
What are the payment options at the hotel?
The B&B Hotels accept cash in euros, vouchers, EC and Maestro cards and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
What do I have to consider if I arrive after 7pm?
If you arrive after 7pm, please contact the respective hotel beforehand and guarantee your booking by providing a credit card. If you guarantee your booking by credit card or by bank transfer, your reservation will be maintained after 7pm.
How can I get an invoice for my stay?
We can issue an invoice for your stay when you check in at the hotel.
What are the costs for cancellations and no-shows?

What services can I add to make my stay perfect?
To personalise and complete your stay at B&B Hotels, you can add the following services: Breakfast, business package, pets and parking. You are welcome to contact the hotel for special requests. All additional services are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel of your choice.
Will my card be charged automatically when I enter my card details or can I also pay when I check in at the hotel?
In case of non-refundable rates, payment is made at the time of booking confirmation using the bank card provided. In case of guaranteed rates that are refundable, the bank card data serves as security for the booking. If no special conditions apply, the booking can be paid in cash or by bank card (except American Express or Diners Club) on arrival at the hotel.
I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after completing the booking process. How can I check if my booking was successful?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after the booking is completed. If this is not the case, please contact the respective hotel. The contact details can be found on the corresponding hotel page.
What are the opening, breakfast and check-in times?
You will find this information on the respective hotel page. The check-in and check-out times are the same in all hotels:
Earliest check-in is at 2 pm
Latest check-out is at noon
Are there parking spaces available and what are the parking costs?
Free parking is available in almost all B&B hotels. If it is not possible, we have negotiated cheaper rates for you. Please see the hotel pages for further details.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes! Pets do not have to stay outside with us and are welcome under your supervision for a minimal extra charge.

During my stay
How does WiFi access work?
In just a few steps, you can be online for free. All you need is a Wi-Fi-enabled laptop and a mobile phone. The detailed instructions can be found in every B&B hotel room. Important: Sending emails using Outlook, etc. Unfortunately, programs cannot use port 25 for security reasons.
Can I book the B&B breakfast buffet afterwards?
You can book and take advantage of the B&B breakfast buffet at any time on site at the hotel.
What catering facilities are available at the hotel?
In addition to the B&B breakfast buffet, you can choose from a wide range of beverages and snacks in our vending machines in the hotel lobby.
What does the B&B breakfast buffet cost?
The B&B breakfast buffet costs only 8,50 € for adults or 3 € for children up to 12 years and you can access as often as you like.
Can I have breakfast in a B&B Hotel without staying overnight?
In many B&B hotels it is also possible to have breakfast without overnight stay. Please inform the hotel in advance.
How does the check-in machine work?
At our check-in machines you can check in quickly and conveniently with your credit card or reservation number. You have not made a reservation? At our check-in machines you can also easily book a room. All you need is a credit or Maestro/EC card.
How do I get access to the reserved room?
When checking in at the reception or at the check-in machine, each guest receives a 6-digit access code, which must be entered at the room door.
At what time does breakfast take place?
Most of our hotels offer a comprehensive breakfast buffet. You can see the times on the hotel page.
When do I have to check out latest?
There is no check-out needed in our hotels. The departure times of the B&B hotels can be found on the respective hotel pages.
After my stay
How can I find my previous bookings?
If you have made the bookings online, you will find them under the menu item "My bookings".
My e-mail or postal address has changed. What do I have to do?
Simply log in to your account and make the changes in the "My Account" section.
I can't remember the password of my B&B Hotels account. What can I do?
To receive your access data, click on "Forgotten password" and enter the e-mail address you used when you registered. You will receive a new password by e-mail shortly.
How can I give my opinion about www.hotel-bb.com online?
If you made your booking through our website, you will receive a satisfaction survey after your stay to evaluate your stay. Within 3 days of receipt, your answers will be displayed on our website.
