Zenith Strasbourg Europe: the largest zenith in France

The Zenith of Strasbourg opened its doors to the public in January 2008. It owes its futuristic design to the Italian architect Massimiliano Fuksas who designed the building in an eco-responsible approach. The result does not go unnoticed: this structure of 110 m by 140, composed of metal arches and a concrete shell is covered with a translucent orange canvas.

Designed to offer a unique visual and acoustic experience, this performance hall hosts variety and contemporary music shows as well as events of various kinds such as conventions, congresses, sports events, plays, musicals or gala evenings. As big and tall as the George Pompidou Center in Paris, it is the largest zenith in France with a capacity of over 12,000 spectators.

The Zenith of Strasbourg is located in the Eckbolsheim district, the northern suburb of the city. A 15-minute drive from the historic center, it is easily accessible from the city center and neighboring towns.

To get there, several options:

• by tram, line A (Parc des sports station) allows you to reach the city center in a few minutes;
• by car, access is direct via the A351, A4, A6, A31, A32, A34, A35, A36 highways and the RN 4 (Hautepierre shopping center exit);
• by bus, line 70 takes you to the Edmond Rostand station, less than a 10-minute walk from the facilities.

A large parking lot with nearly 3500 spaces allows you to park your vehicle for free. It also provides 200 spaces for bicycles and 80 for motorcycles.

Are you arriving by train? The Strasbourg station is 6 km from the Zenith and serves more than 130 destinations in France, Switzerland and Germany. The journey to Paris takes less than two hours!

If you are traveling by plane, Strasbourg airport is 10 km away and has frequent connections by public transport (TER and tram) with the Zenith.
