What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Satisfait et déçu

Rien à redire au niveau du monsieur qui gère l hôtel. Petite déception que pas de charcuterie au petit déjeuner. Et malheureusement souci 2 eme nuit. Un groupe d allemands ont fait du boucan dehors jusqu'à 2h du matin. Habitué à dormir la fenêtre ouverte, ici pas eu d autre choix que de dormir fenêtre fermée. Et apparemment l hôtelier a eu souci avec eux. Il ' est pas responsable des clients qui réservent. Et je plains les personnes qui avaient leurs chambres là où ils ont mis les bancs et fait chambard. Car si nous on les entendait bien (chambre 200) eux encore plus dérangés.
