Railway connections

This SNCF station has 3 platforms for travelers on the TGV and TER Alsace lines. It is served by approximately 10 trains per hour and connects Colmar to the surrounding towns (Turckheim, Neuf-Brisach, etc.) as well as to the largest cities in Europe such as London, Zurich, Munich, Geneva, Luxembourg and of course Paris. The connection with Strasbourg is made in exactly 27 minutes. And if you have a plane at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle, you can make the trip in less than two and a half hours!

To see near Colmar station

The station is a 15-minute walk from the old town, the Colmar museums and its superb historic monuments: the Saint-Martin collegiate church, the Dominican church, the House of Heads or the Pfister house. Very close also, the little Venice of Colmar offers an ideal setting for a romantic walk on foot, by little train or by boat on the peaceful waters of the Lauch. With its colorful half-timbered houses, its pretty picturesque bridges and its canals lined with flowers, this emblematic district is an unmissable tourist spot! At the northern entrance of the city stands a monument not to be missed: the Statue of Liberty of Colmar, erected in homage to the famous sculptor Auguste Bartholdi.
