Verrassend goed

Het hotel is prima gelegen, vlakbij het station en de betaalbare eigen parking is zeker ook een pluspunt. De medewerkers aan de receptie deden heel erg hun best en waren super vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was prima, zoals steeds in de B&B's waar we al verbleven. Mons heeft heel wat te bieden (veel musea, restaurants, winkelcentrum...) en alles ligt op wandelafstand van het hotel.

We zijn verheugd dat u de centrale ligging, onze privéparkeergelegenheid en het ontbijt waardeerde. Het doet ons ook goed te horen dat ons personeel u uitstekend van dienst kon zijn tijdens uw tijd bij ons. Desalniettemin hebben we uw opmerking over de verwarming in de kamer genoteerd. Hoewel ons hotel uitgerust is met verwarming in alle kamers, begrijpen we dat het comfortniveau kan variëren afhankelijk van persoonlijke voorkeuren. Onze excuses voor het eventuele ongemak en we zullen uw feedback gebruiken om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren. Niettemin hopen we dat de nabijheid van ons hotel tot het station en de verscheidenheid aan lokale bezienswaardigheden en eetgelegenheden heeft bijgedragen aan een aangenaam verblijf.
