Behulpzaam personeel
Vanwege renovatiewerkzaamheden was de lift buiten bedrijf. De baliemedewerkers waren zo behulpzaam om onze koffers naar boven en weer naar beneden te sjouwen. Grote kamer met goed bed. Ruime badkamer Prima ontbijt.

Big problems
Friendly reception! Elevator was broken the whole visit (4 nights) and dark staircase to the 2nd floor is not something for the bad knees or elder people. Water run out in second day, which was not communicated and black/brown water after that for hours. Shower curtain dirty as iyyyhhhh.... Luckily friendly reception lady offered beers after disastrous evening without water, that helped :) Well, never again.

Séjour satisfaisant mais peut être amélioré
Hotel situé près de la gare de Mons et facile d'accès. Personnel acceuillant , propreté à améliorer . Petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne .

niet aan te raden
het ontbijt heeft weinig keuze en is niet zo vers! niet alles was aanwezig om 07u00. 17 euro betaald, ondanks op voorhand geboekt. in de lobby ligt er dan doodleuk een papier met 15 euro voor het ontbijt als je het op voorhand geboekt hebt. Comfort hotel: Duur voor wat je krijgt Enorm veel lawaai in het hotel en de lobby. Als je van die lawaaierige gasten hebt, dien je als hotel te waken over de rust van de andere gasten. u heeft dit niet gedaan, waardoor ik niet geslapen heb. u mag mijn "no-sleep" compenseren aan een goed doel, alsook het teveel ik aan het ontbijt heb betaald Ik zal niet meer verblijven in deze hotelketen en raad deze ook niet aan

B&B en transformation donc améliorations en cours et planifiées, je présume. Mais globalement satisfait de notre séjour et de notre choix. Personnel très aimable et disponible.
