Apprezziamo la menzione riguardo la posizione in cui si trova l'hotel, situato in una zona ricca di luoghi di interesse culturale e turistico e ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici, dunque una location ideale da cui partire alla scoperta delle bellezze della città. Ci scusiamo per le imperfezioni riscontrate nella pulizia della camera. Abbiamo immediatamente informato il responsabile del dipartimento di housekeeping in modo tale che possa prendere i provvedimenti necessari a garantire il rispetto dei nostri elevati standard qualitativi.
