To get to your bed in record time, nothing could be simpler!

Remote check-in B&B Hotels makes your life easier. Simple, efficient and free, it is a service that allows eligible customers to acquire their room number and access code remotely on the day of their stay.

No need to stop by the reception desk after a long day: go straight to your bed!

This service is available on the website and via mobile applications (iOs and Android). Of course, it is not mandatory: each customer has the choice to register or not at the remote check-in for each reservation.

How does it work? Easy: just follow the steps listed below.

Remote check-in invitation by email

48 hours before the scheduled day of your arrival at the hotel, you are invited by email to register for remote check-in.

The registration link is also available on the booking confirmation email and on your web account.

Even if you have already left your credit card number as a guarantee when booking online, you are invited to enter your card number, the validity date and the security code when registering at the remote check-in for this time to settle your reservation. You validate the transaction with 3D Secure. Secure payment

You will not be debited until the actual check-in will be generated, i.e. the day of your arrival between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.

You will receive an email (and SMS, if you have requested it) between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. with the number of your room and its access code.

If you have not received your room number and access code by 18:00 on the day of your scheduled arrival, you will have to collect and pay for your room at the hotel reception or at the room vending machine. The payment made during the remote check-in will then be cancelled.

Remote check-in is no longer possible after 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of your arrival at the hotel.

Please note:

Any customer can take advantage of this service provided:

  • to have a “direct” reservation (excludes reservations made on third-party sites: Booking, Expedia, etc.)

Important:

If you want to cancel:

  • Before 2 p.m., usual conditions (except if reservation is non-cancellable, non-refundable),
  • After 2 p.m., cancellation for the first night is no longer possible.

The rest of the stay remains cancellable and refundable, depending on the customer's booking conditions.

If a payment authorization request is refused, the reservation will of course not be cancelled, but the online check-in request cannot be confirmed. The customer will be informed that he/she must go to the hotel to validate his/her check-in and payment.
