We promise you the best price!

We guarantee that you will receive the best price on our website for the room type you have selected in the B&B Hotel you have booked in Germany and Austria and in the selected reservation period. The guarantor is B&B Hotels Germany GmbH, Altkönigstraße 10, 65239 Hochheim am Main.

If you find the room you want in the same hotel and for the same travel period up to 5 hours after your booking on another website with the same services (e.g. including breakfast, coffee & tea, etc.) and the same booking conditions, you will pay the lower price.

 

When does the best price guarantee not apply?

  • If your booking period falls within a promotional period (e.g. major events such as the World Cup, EM, concert events) or a trade fair period in the city of your hotel.
  • If the other offer does not yet contain all the booking details at the time of booking (e.g. blind booking, mystery trips, surprise trips, accommodation type and location not fixed, etc.).
  • If the other offer is part of a loyalty or rewards programme. This is the case if the prize is offered as a reward for another transaction that has taken place or is yet to take place, for any type of registration for third-party advertising programmes or for the recommendation of a provider or an offer to third parties (Tell-a-Friend offers) or for comparable actions.
  • If the other offer is part of a package, e.g. a combination of room and air travel, car hire, cruise or other services inside or outside the hotel.

 

How can you take advantage of the best price guarantee?

Note: This best price guarantee does not restrict your statutory rights in the event of defects arising from the accommodation contract concluded with us and can be claimed by you
be claimed free of charge. Any existing statutory rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise and are not restricted.

- The other offer must apply to the same accommodation, room type, travel period and rate (e.g. the same cancellation period or the same payment terms).

 

When will you not receive a refund?
- If your hotel stay/booking falls within promotional and trade fair periods.
- If the other offer comes from a website where it is not clear which accommodation or type of accommodation you are staying in until after you have booked.
- When the other offer is part of a loyalty or rewards program. We define this type of other offer as any situation where a user receives a reduced price from an accommodation or other website as a reward for repeat business, registration, entering a coupon code, referring other users or for any other action that changes the price initially displayed.
