Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

J’ai fait une erreur en réservant sur le site, j’ai réservé une chambre pour le 15 au lieu du 16 novembre. Je m’en suis aperçu tout de suite et j’ai envoyé un mail pour savoir comment changer ma réservation et l’on m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible car il s’agissait d’une réservation non remboursable ni échangeable. J’étais pourtant prêt à payer un supplément si la chambre était plus cher le lendemain mais aucune solution ne m’a été proposée, j’ai donc dû dormir dans ma voiture sur le parking de l’aéroport de Lyon.
