Our new e-concierge service will make your stay at B&B HOTELS easier. Accessible 24/24 hours a day via our Wi-Fi portal, the service will give you access to all the information you need to have a hassle-free stay, including on reception opening hours, breakfast buffet hours, amenities and services offered by the hotel. In addition, the wealth of practical information will allow you to make the most of planning your stay. You can find itineraries, shops, handy addresses and services nearby, as well as a reminder of the public health regulations in force.

Of course, we haven’t forgotten the restaurants in the city and the catering solutions available to you. We want to make sure that you arrive at your B&B HOTEL as smoothly as possible!

How do I get access to this connected service and personalized advice? 

To access our e-concierge, you can click on the link in the email received the day before your stay or simply connect to the Wi-Fi in our hotels.

Please note that the e-concierge service is available in several languages (French, Dutch, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Russian, Japanese and Portuguese) and also allows you to report any problems with your booking by adding details or a photo, if necessary. This is something that will make your life easier!
