The advantages of our e-concierge service?

Accessible 24 hours a day via our Wi-Fi portal, this service gives you the means to find all the useful information you need to make your stay easier: our reception opening hours, those of the breakfast service or the services and facilities available in the hotel in which you are staying.

You will find practical information to help you organise your stay: itineraries, shops, useful addresses and work in the vicinity, or a reminder of the health regulations in force.

Not forgetting a selection of restaurants and other catering solutions, so you won't have to ask yourself (too many) questions before coming to one of our B&B HOTELS.

 

How can you access this connected service and our personalised advice? 

Quite simply via the e-mail received the day before your arrival, but also via the hotels' Wi-Fi connection.
This e-concierge service is available in many languages (French, Dutch, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Russian, Japanese and Portuguese) and also allows you, if necessary, to report any problem relating to your reservation by adding all the details or even a photo.
