What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

For the first time in my life, I was bitten by bedbugs in this hotel. In addition to this, the room was very dirty. After sleeping on this mattress, my back hurt. There were always suspicious people standing near the hotel, right next to the entrance. The TV had several channels in French, no Netflix or Internet access, which is strange because the TV is relatively modern. The only plus was the friendly and smiling girl at the reception, but I do not recommend paying 55€ for this alone. I really regretted choosing this hotel.
