Personal am Empfang unmotiviert, Nagerköder im Flur
Hotel war zweckmäßig, günstig und halbwegs sauber. Der Teppich könnte einen Staubsauger vertragen. Im Flur Nagerköder, der Mitarbeiter am Empfang unmotiviert und am Handy. Günstig und zweckmäßig für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Excellent!
We have been staying at this hotel for years now, and it never disappoints. With helpful, polite and friendly reception staff, very pleasant, basic rooms, brilliant showers and really good free parking, one has everything one needs. It is always a pleasure to stay here. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

NICHT MEHR B&B FREIBURG SÜD
Aufgrund von diversen Dingen kann ich/wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Angefangen mit der Buchung: Hatten einen Gutschein für ein Frühstück, der wurde vom system nicht angenommen. Auf Nachfrage per Email, keine Antwort, also komplett gezahlt. Und das für ein sehr fraglichen Frühstücksservice: Orangensaft und Apfelsaft leer, wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt. Mit dem Brötchenkorb ähnlich, außer das der irgendwann aufgefüllt wurde. Dann sollte ich egal zu welcher Zeit an diesem Tag auf das Zimmer kommen, wenn man vorher (das kam per Mail 2 Tage zuvor) verbindlich eingecheckt hat. Man sollte den Code per sms aufs Handy gesandt bekommen, kam aber nicht, erst gegen 15.00h. Hatten Glück als wir angekommen sind gegen 11.30h, dass ein Zimmer schon fertig war. Aber das war nicht sauber. Im Bad lagen schwarze Haare auf dem Boden, auf den Nachtschränkchen wirklich dick staub plus gelbe Flecken von abgelegten glühenden Zigaretten ( asozial von den Besuchern, kann das Hotel nix für ) und der Schrank war auch sehr staubig. Und zur Krönung stand auf einmal das Personal im Zimmer, ohne zu klopfen. Naja, einmal B&B Freiburg Süd und nicht wieder. Ansonsten waren wir immer sehr zufrieden mit den Hotels von B&B

From the north A5: Take exit 62 Freiburg-Mitte towards Freiburg on the B31a, exit towards Freiburg-St. Georgen/Freiburg-Rieselfeld and drive along Besanconallee, turn right on Munzinger Straße, after 80 m turn left to the B&B Hotel Freiburg-Süd.
From the south A5: Take motorway exit 63 Freiburg-Süd, follow the B31 towards Freiburg-Süd Tiengener Straße, at the roundabout take the first exit and via the slip road Donaueschingen/B31/FR-Stadtmitte follow the B3 to Besanconallee, take the exit towards Offenburg, turn left into Munzinger Straße, after 80 m turn left to the hotel.
