How to get to Aalen

Aalen can be easily reached by car, train or long-distance bus. If you arrive by car, the best way to get to Aalen centre is via the A7, which runs directly along the city. It is possible to travel by train via Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Heidenheim and from Ulm. You can then use regional trains to get to Aalen Central Station.
