As an international hotel chain in the Value for Money sector, we have set a trend that we continue to follow today: the focus on the essentials. With more than 760 hotels in 16 countries – including over 180 in Germany – we have become the market leader in the Value for Money sector. We are the fastest-growing hotel chain in Germany and aim for further growth: by 2030, we plan to increase our number of hotels to 400 in Germany and Austria and 3,000 worldwide.

For this purpose, we are looking nationwide for motivated, independent hotel management partners who, with their own management GmbH, manage the hotels provided by us.

What you are responsible for:

As an independent management GmbH, you employ your own staff and determine the quality and quantity. You are also a host and always have the satisfaction of the guests in mind.

Among other things, as a hotel manager, you are responsible for fulfilling the following tasks:

  • daily tasks at the reception, breakfast, and cleaning of the rooms and common areas
  • Continuous presence in the hotel (even when the reception is closed)
  • Regional sales activities
  • Rate monitoring
  • Regular technical maintenance
  • Monitoring and implementation of guidelines regarding quality, hygiene, and standards
  • Initiating orders and accepting deliveries
  • Generating additional sales through the vending machines, the B&B shop, the bar, and pizza

What defines you:

  • Being passionate about being a host
  • The willingness and requirements to establish your own GmbH and take the step towards self-employment
  • The ability to manage a hotel in responsibility and ensure optimal operation in the areas of reception, breakfast, and housekeeping
  • The ability to seek, hire, and lead your own staff
  • Very good knowledge of the German language in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of the English language
  • The desire to implement and live the values, standards, and quality of B&B Hotels
