  • The origin of Fuencarral is due to the fact that its path led to the old town of Fuerrancal. During the reign of King Felipe III, the adjoining land was occupied by the mountains of the municipal district, appearing as Calle de Fuencarral in the Texeira plans in 1656. However, in reality it was located on Calle Ancha de San Bernardo, next to the neighboring door of Fuencarral.
  • At number 22, Pepita Tudó, the famous lover of politician Manuel Godoy, died in 1869.
  • At number 81, the mansion of the Count of Aranda, minister of Carlos III, was found.
