Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d’un voyage professionnel, et globalement, nous en sommes satisfaits. L’hôtel est bien situé, idéal pour se déplacer facilement en ville. Les petits-déjeuners sont généreux, variés et offrent un large choix, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont propres et bien tenues, avec de grands lits confortables. Cependant, il y a eu deux petits désagréments : malgré notre séjour de cinq jours, les serviettes n’ont pas été changées, ce qui est une première pour moi dans un hôtel. De plus, le chauffage n’était pas encore en fonction, car selon la direction, il « ne faisait pas encore assez froid ». Personnellement, j’ai ressenti le froid la nuit, mais heureusement, une gentille employée m’a apporté une couette supplémentaire pour que je puisse dormir confortablement. En somme, un bon séjour malgré ces petits détails.
