What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très bon Hôtel

Accueil très bon, personnel serviable et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Un petit point négatif signalé à la personne de l'accueil, nous avions demandé une chambre avec salle de bain avec accès MR au vu de mes difficultés pour me mouvoir. La douche italienne est très glissante et il manque soit un rideau de douche au une paroi car cela éclabousse quand même Mais je recommande cet hôtel

Good but...

This was the second time for me in this hotel. Same as the first time, the welcome was really nice and I do really like the environnement of Bourbon Lancy and this hotel. Only problem this time was that the hotel was "in painting" and the paint smell was really really strong during the evening and the night. I woke up with a disconfortable feeling of headhach. Really pity because I know that this hotel is really good.
