What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Non ce n'est pas normal à ce tarif.

Un hôtel automatisé sans personnel. Ça peut être pratique la nuit mais sinon aucun intérêt le lien humain n'existe plus. A ce prix là je m'attendais à autre chose. Une borne de paiement vous attends à l'arrivée et c'est tout. Le petit déjeuner pourtant payé n'a pas été pris parce que rien d'ouvert à 6.30...au prix du petit déjeuner ça fait mal au ventre. J'ai du prendre la route de bonne heure et le ventre vide et le porte monnaie aussi allégé. Bref système d'hôtel sans personne insatisfaisant. La qualité des prestations n'est pas en phase avec le tarif. Le confort de la chambre était quand à lui bon.

Si vous venez depuis les transports en commun, vous pouvez descendre à la gare SNCF de Verdun ou à la gare Meuse-Voie Sacrée (Ligne TGV Est) à 25 km de Verdun (des navettes effectuent la liaison avec la gare SNCF de Verdun).
