Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Accueil pas accueillant

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de s'enregistrer en ligne quelques heures avant d'arriver à l'hôtel, ce qui nous a permis de recevoir rapidement les codes d'accès à l'hôtel et à la chambre. Cela nous a été utile, puisque la réception était encore fermée lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Mais... lorsque nous sommes ressortis une demi-heure plus tard, en passant devant la réception qui était alors ouverte, nous n'avons pas eu un seul signe de la part du réceptionniste, qui n'était pourtant pas occupé (sauf peut-être à consulter son écran): ni un bonjour, ni un signe de tête, ni même un contact visuel. La même chose s'est passée lorsque nous avons quitté l'hôtel le lendemain matin en passant devant la même personne. Les deux fois, nous avions l'impression d'être devenus transparents. Nous n'avions pas vraiment besoin de lui parler, mais il est toujours de bon ton d'avoir un certain contact, même rapide, entre le commerçant et son client, et cela même dans une structure low-cost. Cela ne coûte pas plus cher, c'est toujours apprécié et ça peut fidéliser le client. Ainsi, malgré le fait que le logement ait correspondu parfaitement à nos attentes, nous gardons un goût amer de notre séjour.
