Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Dear Sir, Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. Alerted by your remarks, we brought in a pest control company to inspect the room you occupied, as well as the adjoining rooms. The expertise revealed the presence of bedbugs and the rooms were therefore treated. This company has explained that the presence of these insects is in no way related to a lack of hygiene or cleanliness on the hotel and that there is no preventive treatment to combat this scourge. Hôtel de merde le directeur ou je ne sais même pas c’est qui m’a viré pour aucune raison a pris ma cotion pour aucune raison ne leur donner jamais de cotion en liquide il vont tous faire pour la prendre ils ne m’ont même pas remboursé la nuit d’hôtel que j’ai payé alors qu’ils m’ont viré, c’est dégueulasse de leur part
