Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Chambre attribué non nettoyer, 2 heures d’attente !

Nous avons eu une chambre avec le distributeur automatique qui n’avais pas été netoyé, nous avons dû attendre 15h30 soit 1h30 pour avoir notre chambre. De plus, le gérant forçait pour me dire que je n’avais payé qu’un petit déjeuner alors que j’avais payé les 2 ( j’ai dû me justifier par mes mails) limite à m’afficher comme un voleur ( après 1h30 d’attente, c’est super sympas). Chambre classique, pas très lumineuse mais satisfaisant, idem pour salle de bain. Ont s’attend à mieux d’un b&b. Bon petit déjeuner. Mais au premier abord, déçu dans l’ensemble vu l’accueil qui nous a été réservé ( gérant et femme de ménage). très déçu dans la globalité.
