O atendimento de modo geral foi excelente. Desde a recepção, a Regiane foi extremamente solicita, com atenção no atendimento, nos ouviu com tranquilidade, fez recomendações de locais próximos ao hotel, modo de locomoção dentre outras orientações. Muito gentil. No restaurante do hotel, especialmente no jantar o trabalho do Marcos, Vinícius, Josi e Deise são excepcionais! Do tratamento dispensado aos hóspedes ao cuidado com a cozinha e reposição dos sabores das pizzas. Pontualmente, em 02 dias de nossa hospedagem solicitamos sabores de pizza que não estavam no momento à disposição dentre as opções, prontamente fomos atendidos e avisados que estava pronto.
