Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

A améliorer

Le distributeur automatique de chambre est très pratique. Mais j'ai reçu une chambre pour PMR alors que je ne suis pas dans cette situation. De plus, la chambre voisine avait un chien très bruyant et de nombreuses personnes ont parlé dans les couloirs en cours de nuit. Nuit pas du tout reposante. Le personnel place le fromage et la charcuterie non emballés avec ses doigts sans protection après avoir servi des clients à la réception, donc sans lavage de main. Un peu limite pour l'hygiène
