Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Very consistently high standards

We use this B & B because of its proximity to our son’s home. Fortunately, we like this hotel because the high standards are so consistent. The rooms are ‘bijoux’ but the beds are king size, which is generally the most important factor for guests, & everywhere is spotlessly clean. The welcome from Monsieur at Reception is always warm. I was also impressed that the check-in email gave the entry code (front gate, lobby & room), as we arrived after reception had closed - an efficient & reassuring system! There’s also a wonderful patisserie just over the road, which is both convenient, very useful, as well as offering a delightful, attractively presented array of goodies! All in all, a great place to stay, if you need reasonably priced accommodation & you don’t mind or need to be right next to the sea front. Merci beaucoup to all the team at B & B Royan.
