A/C All The Way!

On arriving we had had a long drive from SW France, we had self check-in which was very straight forward and easily accessed our room. The room was lovely and spacious with a double bed and 2 singles which suited us fine, the bed linen was crisp and white and very clean which is always a worry! Bathroom facilities were adequate, place was clean and the shower was lovely good water pressure and large sunflower head. The wi-fi was good and it enabled us to find a local restaurant for our supper just 3 minutes away and the place was super, we were so glad that we found such a great place and a stones throw away! Great when you have kids who are tired and hungry etc. The place also accommodated dogs a great help for when you have a family pet. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the air conditioning unit wasn't working, it was very hot, 4 people in one room, we were on the ground floor and the windows opened fully but for security reasons we couldn't have them open in the middle of the night. Due to this we didn't have much sleep were tired in the morning and still had a long journey back to the UK. It was just as well we could share the driving as otherwise it would have been impossible to drive such a long way. Please please make sure all A/C units are working properly hot/cold as it is so very important especially when you have children and animals!

What a huge disappointment

We were looking forward to our stopover in this hotel having had great experiences with other B& B hotels Everything except the helpful lady on reception was such a disappointment The hotel is tired and needs refurbishing and a return to French standards of hospitality not the money cutting measures so obvious here

Très bon séjour

Rien à refire, trés bon séjour. Juste de notre emplacement on entendait le va et vient des voiture par la grille d'accès. Personnel très aimable

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

From Paris or Caen (A13) : exit 22 Rouen Est then direction Rouen/Boulogne/Amiens . Follow D18E to the roundabout rond-point des Vaches , and turn left at the traffic lights.

From Rouen centre : follow Vernon/Pontoise , then ZI Est D18E (industrial zone), direction A13 Caen/Le Mans . At the end of the industrial zone, turn right at the lights, next to the lake, before the roundabout rond-point des Vaches .
