What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Agréable avec un couac

Passage dans cet hôtel lors du marathon dommage de n’avoir pas eu mon petit déjeuner plutôt qui m’a été facture à ce jour toujours pas de réponse du gérant

Dommage j'ai fait des commentaires sous chaque notation.... Sommes très déçus. 3lits collés les uns aux autres pour 3 adultes, faut pas que celui du milieu ai besoin de se lever la nuit. Douche : une cata ce n'est pas un carré comme partout, c'est un triangle, donc valeur moitié d'une douche carrée ! avec un rideau tissu!!! et à 30 cm du sol. Pas de poignée d'accès... Petits déjeuners dans une salle minuscule, une fois assis si la salle est pleine et c'est pas difficile de la remplir vu sa surface, personne ne peut bouger. Le buffet est présenté sur un petit espace , pas de choix, confiture en pot, pots ouverts avec cuillères dedans que tout le monde touche... Jus d'orange très clair, pas envie de le consommer. Tous les gens qu'on a vu en prendre étaient étonnés et ne les consommait pas...
