What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Mécontentement du service client

Hôtel et personnel de l’hôtel rien à redire. En revanche, nous avons eu besoin de contacter l’hôtel. Nous avons dû passer au moins plus de 30 appels sur un numéro surtaxé avant de pouvoir tomber sur une personne de l’hôtel. Personne sur la plate-forme qui ne réponde pas à vos demandes et qui ne vous transfère pas l’appel vers l’hôtel. Nous nous sommes fait raccrocher au nez plusieurs fois. Je compte bien vous faire un mail en plus de cet avis afin de me faire rembourser tous les appels que nous avons effectué. Vraiment déçu de votre service téléphonique 24/24 qui ne sert pas à grand chose.
