Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bad check-in

The whole stay was ruined by a complete messed up check-in. I arrived after 9 pm, wich means that the recepcion is closed, and its a self-checkin, wich never works. At least not when you booked through a 3rd party like Hotels.com,. It got even worse when none of the phonenumbers given in respectively Hotels.com and google-maps was wrong. The intercom did work, i got the 6-digits code to the port, Hotel, and room, but then i was asked for a payment, wich ALWAYS is done in the app, for more than hundred - 100 - bookings, but not this time, it turned out, so no wonder i paused, and i was about to leave and find another Hotel, but i was afraid that you would withdraw the amount anyway, so made the payment, thinking if the withdraw is done twice, i get the refund on one of them. I do realize its a budget Hotels, with limited opening hours at the reception, , but it should be an option to self-checkin for those without a booking reference. And also, as mentioned, in ALL my more than 100 - one hundred bookings through booking.com, the payment has ALWAYS be done in the app, but not this time. I ask my self: why on earth not?
