Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Madame, Monsieur, Je vous écris à propos de mon séjour dans votre établissement de Saint-Denis Pleyel dans la nuit du 11 au 12 avril. J’étais venu passer une épreuve le samedi matin sur Paris et avais choisi de loger chez vous la veille afin d’être dans les meilleures conditions. Malheureusement, la nuit a été particulièrement bruyante à l’étage Jean : des claquements de portes, des enfants courant dans les couloirs dès le matin, ainsi qu’un bruit métallique récurrent ont fortement perturbé mon repos. Pour une première expérience dans un hôtel de votre chaîne, j’ai été sincèrement déçu par la qualité de la prestation. Bonjour, 2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel à l’occasion d’un événement à la Cité du Cinéma toute proche. Le métro, le centre de Paris et les gares sont proches également. Accueil au top, prêt d’un sèche cheveux à la dernière minute, chambre impeccable.
