What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Faisant partie d’un CE du MI, le code avantage par alliance n’a pas fonctionné pour cet hôtel. Je trouve désolant, que cela ne soit pas pris en compte. Le prix de la chambre reste relativement cher sachant qu’il faut faire soi-même sa réservation et le paiement par la borne n’a pas été simple pour moi étant déficiente visuelle.

scandaleux!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

J’ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel et, à mon retour dans la chambre après le petit-déjeuner, j’ai constaté que mes bijoux (un bracelet et une bague) avaient disparu du bureau. Ces objets ont une grande valeur sentimentale. La personne de l’accueil est montée pour constater les faits, mais aucune suite n’a été donnée. Comment est-il possible de laisser des clients dans une telle situation ? Hôtel à éviter absolument. Je compte porter plainte.
