Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hôtel à fuir!

La propreté et l'hygiène laisse à désirer. Un chat qui se ballade la nuit dans l'hôtel, fouille dans les poubelles et une gamelle avec de la nourriture de chat près de la porte d'entrée. Quand t'on le fait remarquer à l'agent de sécurité, il vient plus tard nous accuser d'avoir fumer dans l'hôtel et facture 80€ pour une fausse accusation. Inacceptable!!!

Un grand merci, car vos commentaires nous sont précieux, ils sont sources d’amélioration perpétuelle. Cependant le fait d'etre ouvert à la critique ne nous empêche pas de souligner un aspect de votre avis qui a attiré notre attention. Notre Hotel acceuil volontier les animaux de compagnie et tout est mis en oeuvre pour qu'ils se sentent comme chez eux. Nous aurions pû comprendre que vous n'aimiez pas les animaux sauf que celà ne cadre pas avec les images des cameras que nous avons en notre possession où on vous voit bien le caresser avec affection. Secondo nos poubelles ne sont pas accessible aux animaux tel que vous le dite. Concernant la prétendue fausse accusation nous détenons les preuves que vous avez effectivement fumé et vous l'avez avoué pour ensuite nier quand on vous a informé de l'amende prévue par notre règlement interieur (et surtout par la loi sur l'interdiction de fumer dans les lieux fréquentés par le public). Nous sommes désolés de constater que vous vous êtes lancé dans une campagne de diffamation et nous trouvons cela dommage et très regrettable de votre part. Cordialement,
