Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

En adéquation avec nos attentes...

Hotel conforme avec nos attentes. Réservation et accès à la chambre très efficace avec l'application. Parking facile d'accès, hôtel calme, petit déjeuner varié. Qualité égale que l'on retrouve dans tous les B&B (Clermont Ferrand, Blois, Paris Bussy...). A noter quand même une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre mais non imputable à l'hôtel qui est pourtant non fumeur (comme partout ailleurs). Très bon accueil du gérant.

Séjour à Jouy aux arches

Nous sommes déjà venus plusieurs fois dans cet établissement pour être proche de Montigny les Metz. Nous apprécions beaucoup les Bnb pour la qualité du lit . Nous avons très bien dormi mais une alarme s’est déclenchée à 8h30 et nous a réveillés. Cela nous a aussi inquiétés. Donc nous nous sommes levés, lavés rapidement et habillés pour savourer ce qu’il y avait. C était une personne qui avait fumé dans sa chambre et le personnel n a pas pu intervenir tout de suite car la personne était sous la douche. L alarme a sonné longtemps. Nous avons perdu presque une heure de sommeil.

Bon séjour, même si malheureusement à 8h30 l’alarme de l’hôtel à sonner… Sinon plutôt agréable malgré le manque d’insonorité
