Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

suis vraiment decu.. pas de sévices, le personnel pas professionnel. Pas de tenu correcte exigé. Rien pour reconnaître le personnel de l’hôtel petit déjeuner et l’hygiène laissé à désiré . Chambre trop petite pour une famille. Pour le tarif vraiment c’est honteux. À fuir honnêtement Je recommande pas

Malgré votre remarque le personnel était bien en tenu correcte exigé .. De plus vous aviez réservé une chambre familial ce qui correspond une grande chambre en mezzanine. A l'avenir, n’hésitez surtout pas à nous faire part de vos remarques lors de votre séjour à la réception afin de résoudre votre problématiques. L’hôtel est très correct dans son ensemble malgré quelques clients bruyants et irrespectueux. À l’accueil je suis tombé sur Basilio qui est quelqu’un d’exceptionnel toujours souriant et à notre service. Un grand merci à lui !
