What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

depuis 18 ans que je suis client dans votre chaine et régulièrement dans cette hôtel jamais je n'ai été reçu de la sorte en me demandant mon numéro de réservation car avec mon nom la personne ne trouvait pas et c'était indispensable pour elle??? de plus je ne ferai pas plus de commentaire sur cet accueil je ne suis pas habitué à cela dans votre groupe . si cela continu je me verrai dans l'obligation de séjourner dans un autre hôtel d'un autre groupe.

tres bon hotel

très bon hôtel et très belle accueil, la chambre était propre avec une bonne literie, je regrette le parking avec beaucoup de place de voiture electrique complètement vide et peu pour les thermique.
