What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Séjour de 3 nuits

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits. Hôtel calme, confort de la literie. Personnel très accueillant, souriant qui se rappelle même de notre nom à notre arrivée (même si on vient plusieurs fois dans l'année, je pense qu'il y a beaucoup clients). J'ai apprécié l'ajout de fruits frais au petit déjeuner. A bientôt pour un prochain week-end !

Bof à côté de l'ascenseur

Puisqu'e j'ai un rappel pour absolument donner mon avis.... Lorsqu'à la demande d'avoir une chambre calme la nuit, on nous dit "vous en faites pas, je vous ai mis sur l'aile qui donne à l'arrière". Arrivés dans la chambre, on se rend compte qu'on est juste à côté de l'ascenseur, on a un doute. Doute confirmé !!! Parce qu'en plus du bruit inhérent à l'ascenseur, on a droit aux commentaires méga forts (si une personne ne peut pas voir l'info de l'étage, elle n'est pas forcément en plus sourde au point d'en informer tout l'étage!) de cet ascenseur à CHAQUE voyage pour informer chaque voyageur s'il part ou arrive au premier étage... Bon bref, je vous passe les détails, c'était boff niveau calme!!! Et comme vous posez une question sur la RSE... Si vous voulez que je réutilise m'a serviette, mettez une vraie support à serviettes, voir un sèche serviette (pas une patère, qui fait que les serviettes reste en boule), pour pas qu'elle reste mouillée d'un jour sur l'autre et pû l'humidité ;)...

A propos du message sur l'eau, nous avons appliqué la consigne à savoir de laisser nos serviettes accrochées. Néanmoins elles ont quand même été changées alors que nous restions 2 nuits.

Access Longwy Porte du Luxembourg

Are you wondering about a weekend destination, 3 or 4 hours from Paris or Lille by car? Longwy is just over 180 miles from both cities. If you are travelling by train, the journey should take you about three and a half hours. Setting off for a week? Book a room at the Longwy hotel, which is just 5 hours from Lyon, 7 hours from Marseille and 8 hours from Bordeaux. If you prefer to fly, you can arrive in a few hours with flights to Luxembourg¿s airport. It takes about 45 minutes to reach the hotel from there.
