What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Non respect du comportement responsable

Dans la salle de bain il y a la présence de messages incitant à adopter un comportement responsable : présence d'autocollants "évitez de gaspiller l'eau", "réutilisez votre serviette", "éteignez les lumières", etc. Tous les jours (4) j'ai laissé ma serviette accroché au porte serviette et tous les jours toutes mes serviettes et tapis ont été changés intégralement. Où est le respect de mon engagement? Dommage car c'est un hôtel agréable avec un très bon rapport qualité prix et très bien insonorisé du fait de sa proximité avec la gare.
