Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 15h30; La chambre était froide et aucune information n'était donnée pour savoir faire fonctionner l'appareil de chauffage qui était sous la table . Alors que nous pensions que c'était l'unité de clim qu'il fallait utiliser. Ce n'est qu'après 17 h que nous sommes allés nous renseigner à l'accueil . Là l'explication était très claire
