Bonne nuit au Mans 2
Nous avons passé une bonne nuit au BnB hôtel du Mans 2, dans une chambre familiale en mezzanine. Bon petit déjeuner le matin et la Réceptioniste à été très sympa. Chambre et salle de repas propres.

Overpriced, basic.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. First, I was unable to book online due to an error at the payment page, despite trying multiple cards and PayPal. This forced me to book on arrival at a higher price—seven euros more—and meant I couldn’t use my loyalty account, which was frustrating. The issues didn’t stop there. The hotel’s WiFi was not working throughout my stay, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the car park gate was left open overnight, making me uneasy about the security of my vehicle. For the price charged, I expected a much better experience. This hotel does not live up to the standard of others we’ve stayed at in Laval and Saint-Malo. In hindsight, I wish I had booked the F1 across the street, which was at least priced appropriately for such a basic level of service provided. Would not stay again.

Le Mans
This hotel was extremely difficult to find from the A11, our sat Nav did not recognise the road, we eventually got directions from a workman in Auchen car park in the darkness, what a nightmare. I was very surprised to be placed on the 2nd floor for a disabled room, especially with a little dog. The lift down was a brute, it injured my arm trying to hold it so that my slow partner and slow old dog didn’t get crushed. I remember I stayed once before, it was not very convenient. To cap it all I couldn’t get Wifi, I also had the same problem at Tours Nord 2, 3 weeks earlier, why is this? I rely on being able to contact my family on my long 600 mile journey this way. Most hotels have Wifi available why do you not have it now? I prefer a hotel that I can park right outside a disabled room, this was a disappointment I must say. J. .
