Disgusting
I‘ve been to B&B all over Europe. But this is by far the worst B&B experience ever. The lobby is obviously under renovation. Which means dirt and dust everywhere The pics shown are of the ‚lobby and breakfast‘ area 🤢 Disgusting 🤮 And the worst the worse where the restrooms in the lobby. 🤬 I desperately had to use them 2 times (one of the elevators is defect). Both times the restrooms were under water (?), no toilet paper. B&B is a big corporate which should first fix things and then re-open. The situation was UNBEARABLE 🤬😩🤢🤮 Furthermore the reception staff is very unfriendly and unattentive.

TODO BIEN, LO QUE PASA ES QUE ESTABAN EN REFORMA Y ERA UN POCO COMPLICADO, ACCEDER AL ASCENSOR, PORQUE SOLO ESTABA OPERATIVO UNO Y DESDE LA GARAJE TENÍAS QUE SUBIR ANDANDO. NO HABÍA UNA SILLA NI PARA SENTARSE A TOMAR UN CAFE TRANQUILAMANTE. UN POCO LAMENTABLE, PORQUE SI ESTÁ ABIERTO PODÍAN HABER HECHO ALGUN DESCUENTO...... GRACIAS

Hotel en obras, y con inquilinos muy ruidosos.
Que el hotel esté en obras no facilita que la estancia sea agradable y si a eso le sumas los ruidos de los inquilinos de las habitaciones contiguas a altas horas de la noche y el pequeño espacio para desayunar hace que la estancia no sea agradable .

ESTUPENDA
Hotel cómodo con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Como siempre que hemos estado en otros hoteles del mismo grupo el personal es muy profesional y amable. Siempre ofrecen un poco más, en este hotel, cafés e infusiones gratis todo el día.

Le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel est bon. Idéal pour un court séjour touristique à Grenade. Prix d'un taxi pour se rendre à Grenade entre 10 et 12 €, pratique pour laisser la voiture et profiter de Grenade. Le personnel est souriant, les dames qui s'occupent de l'entretien également, et discrètes. Chauffage excessif ! Obligés de mettre la climatisation pour respirer la nuit ! Salle de bain sans mobilier, pas pratique pour 3 personnes. Penderie trop courte, rien pour les manteaux en hiver. Cela dit, je recommande pour un court séjour.
