Nadie que te atienda si hay algún problema con el hotel
No podíamos entrar al hotel al hacer el check in porque se estropeó la puerta de entrada al hotel No había nadie en el hotel que te atendiera ni ningún teléfono donde llamar Estábamos en la calle con la habitación pagada y sin poder entrar al hotel Llamamos a dos teléfono y no respondía nadie porque no había personal Llamamos a uno de urgencia y tampoco solucionaban el problema Tibiemos suerte que vinieron unos trabajadores y lograron abrir la puerta .. nos dijeron que se había estropeado … sino llega a ser por ellos tendríamos que haber dormido en la calle con el hotel pagado

Direkt am Flughafen, für eine Nacht zweckmäßig
Direkt am Flughafen Hahn gelegen, was sehr praktisch ist. Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten. Ermäßigtes Parken auf P2 möglich.

the only half-decent option at Frankfurt Hahn airport ![trustyou]()
Our Stay at this Hotel was ok mostly because we didn't expect much and just needed to stay overnight before our flight. I left a comment on our room specifically in the review questionnaire. In addition to it, I do think that the check-in process wasn't optimal at all. My online check-in link didn't work and upon arrival we had to check ourselves in with a machine at the entrance. It would be fine if there wasn't a group of people right in front of us who spent (no joke) full 45 minutes at the machine just trying to check in and not managing it at all. When we finally got our chance to check in, we completed it in about 20 seconds. I'm not sure what a proper solution is - either provide assistance for the guests 24/7 as some people just cannot figure out simple things or install a second check-in machine. The whole Hahn airport area is pretty remote and miserable and your hotel could make a big difference to people traveling there if you just put any more effort into making it nice. Also being called "B&B" and providing no breakfast is very ironic: a sign on the door specified "NO BREAKFAST Monday to Friday, Saturday to Sunday and on holidays". Fun!

Ideal für frühe Flüge
Wer früh von Hahn fliegt oder spät ankommt gibt es keine bessere Lösung. Vom Bett zum Gate in 5 min. Die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals ist sehr gut. Zugang über Zahlencode sehr einfach. Der Parkplatz ist leider etwas weiter entfernt und man sollte sich ankündigen, um ein Ausfahrticket zu bekommen. Die Geräuchdemmung könnte verbessert werden.

Stressfreier Abflug in den Urlaub
Am frühen Abend angereist, problemloser Check in. Sauberes, ausreichend großes Zimmer. Bad sauber, Dusche geräumig. Alles perfekt
