What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Very disappointed B&B customer

Room smelled badly of smoke, shower drain smelled of sewage. Late arrival was straightforward - however, there were no staff available in the morning (we didn't leave until 1000hrs) and the office and restaurant were both closed. We did not see any staff in the building at all throughout our whole stay which did make us wonder what would happen in an emergency? Breakfast was not available. If you are forced to stay here for any reason - turn right out of the carpark and travel 100metres to a lovely boulangerie and cafeteria! We have always chosen B&B hotels for convenience and cost wherever we can but unfortunately may have to think twice in the future.

Très déçu de mon séjour. La chambre était mal isolée et la literie était sale, avec des taches noires visibles. Nous n’avons vu personne, ni à notre arrivée ni à notre départ — aucun accueil, aucune assistance. Première et dernière fois dans cet hôtel, je ne le recommande absolument pas.
