Rundum zufrieden ![trustyou]()
Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber dafür super sauber. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und das Personal konnte sich sehr gut und schnell an unsere Stimmung anpassen. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und für unseren Zweck über alle Maße ausreichend. Das Bett war bequem und sauber. Besonders überrascht waren wir von der Dusche welche ebenfalls sehr sauber und gut in das Bad integriert war. Trotz der naheliegenden Autobahn haben wir kaum bis nichts von selbiger gehört. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig und man hatte genügend Auswahl. Jederzeit wieder!

Dortmund - Wie die Stadt, so auch das Hotel
Ankunft 14 Uhr am Sonntag, das Check-In Terminal funktionierte nicht, Rezeption erst ab 17 Uhr besetzt. Mussten für den Check-In warten. Freundlicherweise hat nach telefonischem Gespräch sich doch noch jemand erbarmt, die Leute vor 17 Uhr einzuchecken. Das Hotel wurde gerade renoviert, dementsprechend war es an manchen Orten auch dreckig. Die Flure haben nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. War nicht sehr toll. Die Zimmer auf der Seite zur Autobahn waren sehr laut, man konnte Nachts nicht das Fenster kippen. Daher war die Nacht aufgrund der Wärme eher unangenehm.

Leider konnten wir im B&B nicht Frühstücken, da die Küche renoviert wurde. Somit mussten wir einige hundert Meter weiter im Rewe essen. Das Personal und die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber aber kleiner als in anderen B&B Hotels. Für Dortmund kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Es gab große Probleme beim Check-In. Für ein gebuchtes Zimmer funktionierte Oline-Check-In nicht. Auch Check-In-Automat am Eingang funktionierte nicht. Nur weil viele Gäste ähnliche Probleme hatten, kam eine wenig motivierte Mitarbeiterin an die noch geschlossene Rezeption und erledigte Check-In. Es gab ausserhalb der Rezeptionszeiten keine Getränke im Hotel. Es war bekannt, dass es derzeit kein Frühstück im Hotel gibt. Dann aber für Gäste noch Geld für einen Kaffee am Morgen zu verlangen, ist unverschämt.

Alles in allem ist sehr gut, nur der Preis ist einfach zu hoch dafür ![trustyou]()
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und freu mich wieder bei B&B Ein zu checken .
